Psalms Fine Homes partners with Quality Builders Warranty (QBW), the nation's premiere provider of 10-year home warranty services. Every Psalms residence is covered by a 10-year home warranty, backed by Liberty Mutual, a decade of protection after construction completion.

The Warranty Book
The full QBW Warranty Agreement, with the detailed terms and conditions that apply to your residence, is available online in the digital Warranty Book.
Roofing
Every Psalms home is roofed in DaVinci slate, the gold standard in luxury roofing, which carries a lifetime limited warranty. Appliances and other finishes carry their own manufacturer warranties as documented at delivery.

Submitting a service request.

After your project is complete, you'll work directly with QBW to address all of your warranty needs. Submit your service request through QBW's SOS, Service Online Solution, platform by clicking the link below.

    Open the SOS portal

    Visit the Service Online Solution portal for your Psalms residence and create or sign in to your homeowner account.

  2. 02

    Describe the item

    Submit the details of your warranty or service item. Clear photos and a short description help us route it correctly the first time.

  3. 03

    Track to resolution

    Your request is logged, assigned, and tracked through SOS so you always know where it stands, coordinated directly with QBW.

Caring for your residence.

A Psalms home is engineered to last, and seasonal care keeps it performing at the standard it was built to. The notes below are general guidance for a custom Houston-climate home; always defer to the manufacturer documentation provided with your residence and to your QBW Warranty Agreement.

  • Climate & HVAC

    Replace HVAC filters on the schedule in your equipment manual and keep zoned systems serviced seasonally. Houston humidity rewards consistent, year-round conditioning.

  • Slab & drainage

    Maintain consistent soil moisture around the foundation, especially in dry spells, and keep gutters and site drainage clear so water moves away from the home.

  • Roof & exterior

    Have the DaVinci slate roof and flashings inspected periodically and after major storms. Keep exterior caulking and paint sound to protect against moisture.

  • Finishes & appliances

    Follow the manufacturer care guides for stone, millwork, and professional-grade appliances. Register appliances to keep their individual warranties active.

These are evergreen care notes, not warranty terms. For anything that may be a covered item, submit it through the SOS portal so it is properly documented.
